Add your own fragrance oil to our Bulk Luxury Diffuser oil Base, recommended ratio of 10 up to 25%. When the product is blended at to a high % ratio, the base oil will turn a milky colour and the fragrance will not blend 100%, rectify this by adding more base oil until the mixture turns completely clear.
